This Kevlar® fabric is made up of two layers of bullet resistant K29 Style 745 Kevlar® adhered together with a proprietary adhesive film system. As an example, if you layer 9 layers together, you’d actually have 18 layers of Kevlar®.

Kevlar® Double Layer Ballistic Grade Fabric is 64” wide and sold by the yard. One yard is 36” inches long by 64” inches wide at 2 layers thick. Buy as many yards as you like and it will be one continuous length, not individual cut yards unless otherwise specified.

VERY IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ: It takes Multiple layers of this material to make something Bullet resistant. Testing of any new design is highly recommended. Please Note: We do not have the answer to how many plies your design will need. See spec data links below.
